The PROBITYCARE SOLUTIONS LLC application is a healthcare practice management system with an integrated electronic health record system designed to maximize positive healthcare outcomes for practices, providers, and clients. In order to better provide you with products and services offered, PROBITYCARE SOLUTIONS LLC may collect personally identifiable information, such as your:
